The 375 Field Communicator set a new benchmark for handheld communicators. Developed from more than a decade of experience with the trusted 275 HART Communicator, this next-generation device was shaped directly by user feedback and evolving field requirements.
HART users around the world shared what they needed in a more advanced communicator, while fieldbus users asked for a portable, intrinsically safe solution capable of supporting all their fieldbus devices. The result was the 375 Field Communicator — a universal, user-upgradeable, intrinsically safe, rugged, and dependable handheld tool for field operations.
Built on the proven performance of the 275 HART Communicator, the 375 Field Communicator introduced several enhancements to make fieldwork easier and more efficient. Its user interface was designed around the familiar navigation style of the 275, preserving the features users appreciated most. At the same time, it added major improvements such as a larger touchscreen display, support for HART Revision 6, and the ability to upgrade the device onsite via the Internet.
