The YT‑400 Lock‑Up Valve is a protective accessory designed for pneumatic valve positioner systems. It continuously monitors the main supply air pressure and immediately shuts off the air flow when the pressure drops below the preset threshold. By isolating the actuator and holding the valve in its last position, the YT‑400 prevents unintended movement and ensures safe and stable operation during air supply failures or system emergencies. As part of the YTC valve positioner accessory line, this device enhances process reliability, improves safety performance, and is suitable for use in demanding industrial environments such as oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, and other critical control applications.
